About the Role
As a Customer Account Representative at Gateway Dynamics, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the Networking Integrations and Security Technologies Services and Installation. The Customer Account Representative's primary focus will be handling customer inquiries, coordinating service appointments, and providing top-notch support to existing and potential customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Account Communication and Support:
Act as customers' main point of contact, responding promptly to their inquiries, concerns, and service requests regarding auto glass replacement.
Provide customers with knowledgeable assistance and expert guidance regarding Network Integrations and Security Technologies Services and Installation, pricing, and service options.
Address customers complaints or issues with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to finding prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Appointment Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate installation and service appointments according to customers preferences and technician availability.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians, informing all parties about appointment details, changes, and specific requirements.
Sales and Upselling:
Identify upselling opportunities during client interactions and promote additional services, such as upgraded servers, upgraded switches and routers, upgraded access control and CCTV services, to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue.
Customer Relationship Management:
Nurture strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, testimonials, and reviews, and leverage positive customer experiences to enhance the company's reputation.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, service logs, and appointment schedules in the company's database or CRM system.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and necessary paperwork related to customer accounts and transactions.
Customer Account Representative Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales roles, preferably in the technology integration and service industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts and appointments simultaneously.
Knowledge of Information Technology and Security Technology terminology, techniques, and products is advantageous but not mandatory (training will be provided).
Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
